From February 26 to 27, President Guan Shuguang and vice President Chen Jipeng went to Hangzhou, host city of G20 summit, for the “College-Bureau Cooperation” signing ceremony and practical teaching base with Hangzhou Public Security Bureau.
On the afternoon of February 26, Railway Police College and Hangzhou Public Security Bureau held the signing ceremony and the pep rally for G20 summit security in the bureau. President Guan Shuguang and vice President Chen Jipeng of the college, Jin Jie, deputy Communist Party Secretary, as well as Zhu Weijing, director of the Political Department of the bureau attended the ceremony. Mr. Guan and Mr. Jin signed a cooperation agreement to build a teaching base and unveiled the plaque for the base.
In his speech, President Guan introduced college history, current situation and blueprint of the college. He spoke highly of achievements gained by the bureau, proposing that both sides deepen cooperation and establish a comprehensive long-term stable cooperative relation. He also raised expectations and requirements for the teachers and students participating in the G20 summit security.
Mr. Jin presented the flag for the pep rally and delivered a speech on behalf of the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau. Director Zhu hosted the signing ceremony and pep rally, introducing the situation and goals of the security work of G20 summit. Representatives from both sides delivered speeches, expressing their determination and confidence to complete mission with success.
